In logistics,manufacturing,warehousing and other industries,forklift trucks are the main force of handling,often used for the transportation of large items,such as stations,ports,airports,factories,warehouses and so on.Compared with AGV technology,intelligent AGV forklift truck not only needs to complete the traditional AGV work,but also realizes the tasks of pallet,cargo automatic identification,hole alignment,handling,palletizing,loading and unloading.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,big data and other emerging industries,the intelligent AGV forklift,which is different from the traditional forklift,has become the focus of current research.This paper is based on the actual factory as the background,the design of the overall warehousing system,the main work includes the following aspects:First,through the analysis of the problems existing in the existing warehousing system and forklift truck system,this paper determines the research focus,the whole system model,selection,design and other work.Secondly,according to the characteristics of AGV forklift truck,image processing technology is applied to preprocess road condition information,surrounding environment information and tray hole position information.When processing image edge information,an edge detection algorithm based on differential tracker is proposed.Through this algorithm,road condition information,surrounding environment and tray Jack contour can be detected and guided quickly and accurately.To realize the correct identification of pallets and correct hole alignment.Thirdly,In order to improve work efficiency,the basic ant colony algorithm can not meet the requirements of rapidity in the path planning of AGV forklift truck factory.Therefore,the elite ant colony system is combined to realize the fast path optimization.Its effect is verified by simulation and experiment.Fourthly,the real-time control of AGV forklift truck adopts fractional order PID control,which improves the control accuracy and adjusts the time faster.After on-site testing in a large state-owned enterprise,the intelligent warehousing system can meet the requirements of warehousing system in both software and hardware.The intelligent warehousing system based on visual guidance designed in this paper has the characteristics of high efficiency and low cost,and can be widely used in factories.It has certain practical application and popularization value.
