Research And Implementation Of Data Extraction And Template Rendering For Office Documents

The popularity of computers in daily work has accelerated the popularity of electronic documents,and Office documents are the de facto standard of electronic documents.The purpose of this paper is to build a model for data extraction and template rendering of office documents.Based on C #,a tool for data extraction and template rendering of office documents is developed.It has practical significance for the research of data extraction and template rendering of office documents.Firstly,this paper describes the development of data rendering at home and abroad,analyses various methods of data import and export of Office documents,summarizes the problems existing in the universality and applicability of the existing system,and dissects several kinds of Office class libraries for template technology,and give the related theory and technology.Secondly,the object structure of Word,Excel and Powerpoint is analyzed,the similarities and differences among them are summarized,and the common object structure is found according to the similarities and differences among them.The hierarchical structure of data extraction and template rendering model for Office documents is given,and the roles of each level and the relationship between each level are described in detail.And the design of each function module.Thirdly,according to the general template rendering model for Office,the main functions of Office document data extraction and template rendering are given,the implementation methods and techniques are given,and the implementation process of key functions is described.Taking Word document as an example,this paper presents how to design Word template file,how to extract the key data in Word file,and how to render the existing data to the designed Word template and output the file.Finally,according to the general model,a tool for data extraction and template rendering of Office documents is designed and implemented,which can extract data from source documents and generate target documents.Taking physical examination report as an example,this paper summarizes the process of conversion between old and new reports.The tool developed based on rendering model improves the speed of strain when facing new demands,and illustrates the feasibility,versatility and adaptability of the model.
