Some data show that the trend of morphological development of public medical service robots is diversification of morphological expression,multi-dimensionality of morphological language and familiarization of morphological language.Through the further research of humanized design theory and morphological aesthetics theory, the humanized design and morphological aesthetics are creatively integrated, making the public medical service robot products more correspond to the user's needs in functional settings, and more to the rules of morphological beauty in the proportion of functional modules and the overall morphology of the machine.Through the research on the humanized design of public medical service robots, this thesis holds that it is users' hierarchy of needs that determines the priority of the function setting of public medical service robots,in which the dimensional parameters setting of public medical service robots needs to be based on the setting of body measure in ergonomics, and also the restraint effects of hospital environment on the morphology of public medical service robots need to be taken into account. This thesis summarizes the morphological characteristics of public medical service robots, and deeply analyses the public medical service robots from four aspects: style analysis, morphological analysis, color analysis and material analysis, providing the key points of the morphological design of public medical service robots which include the ratio of functional modules to the whole machine, the ratio of mobile features to the whole machine, and the effects of the humanized design and environment on the morphology.Through the new idea of organically integrating humanized design and morphological aesthetics, the key points of morphological design are coordinated as a whole, thus integrating functional modules and mobile features into the morphology of the whole machine. Finally,an example of a public medical service robot with intelligent guidance function is designed to verify the feasibility of humanized design and morphological aesthetics theory in the morphological design of public medical service robot.Firstly, through competitive analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of existing products are summarized, and the sample user population is analyzed in detail.Based on the results of the survey, the user model is established. Then, through competitive analysis and usermodel, the overall design direction and style of the robot are defined. Finally, the rationality of the robot's shape, the comfort of the functional area setting and the coordination between local features and the proportion of the whole machine are improved by the organic integration of human-based design and morphological aesthetics. This paper integrates the theory of humanized design and morphological aesthetics into the process of morphological design of public medical service robots, which is a beneficial attempt to apply the theory to practice, and enriches the relevant content of morphological design of public medical service robots.
