In recent years,along with the continuous development of IT technology,big data has led to a society a new round of revolution,Internet data center has become the various types of financial,business and even the objective need of social development.With the constant improvement of the demand for data center construction,in order to meet the data center process,mechanical and electrical system more complex,operation and maintenance difficulty,etc,to build a set of accord with the actual use requirements of the data center equipment monitoring system is particularly important.This paper takes a large data center project as the research subject,and from the perspective of engineering design,Using Honeywell ComfortPoint series products,a set of equipment monitoring system of data center was designed and developed.First of all,this article through to the analysis of the data center equipment monitoring system of general design requirements,the system has carried on the overall design,system monitory point table are given,and type selection design of system hardware and software configuration.Secondly,this paper puts forward the control strategies of cold and heat source system,air conditioning fresh air system,air supply/exhaust system and drainage system.Chillers according to COP value and the relationship between the load rate,draw the different sets set of load rate and refrigerating power relations curve,so as to calculate the optimum Load switching point,chillers chillers to number control is optimized to improve;An improved control strategy for the transition condition of air cooling units with natural cooling function is proposed.Compared with the traditional single-loop PID control,the double-closed-loop PID control principle is used to optimize the control strategy of air conditioning system.In addition,the control strategy of air conditioning fresh air system is optimized from three aspects,such as the transition condition of air conditioning,starting and stopping time of air conditioning equipment and new air volume.After that,the ComfortPoint Open Studio software was used to program the controller.The upper computer control station is designed,and the upper computer is programmed by using Quick Builder and HMI Web Display Builder software of EBImanagement system.Finally,running test and result analysis of equipment monitoring system are carried out,and the actual running interface is given.The system test and results show that the monitoring data can be uploaded correctly,the system runs reliably and stably,the control system can be optimized,and the energy-saving effect meets the requirements.
