With the booming of the model communication technology,the application of Internet of thing(IoT)has become more and more universal.As the frequency of communication become much higher,the metal antenna will become higher conductor loss and lower efficiency.The dielectric resonator antenna become the optimized choice,because of its small size,low cost,and high radiation efficiency.Compared with the traditional patch antenna,the dielectric resonator has flexible design with its threedimensional structure.The research focus of this paper is to study the performance of dielectric resonators in metal environment.By using dielectric resonators with high dielectric constant materials,combined with the characteristics of cylindrical dielectric resonators,such as high gain,miniaturization and resonance mode,the research on the implementation of RFID anti-metal tag antenna and metal structure health sensing based on dielectric resonators is carried out.In order to realize the miniaturized anti-metal tag antenna based on dielectric resonator,this paper takes the study of dielectric waveguide and resonant mode of dielectric resonator as the breakthrough point,studies the working principle and design index of RFID tag antenna,designs the anti-metal tag antenna based on dielectric resonator and realizes the metal crack sensing of dielectric resonator,and deeply explores the dielectric resonant antenna.The working principle and the working characteristics of dielectric resonator on metal surface.The main work of this paper includes two aspects.Firstly,according to the frequency band and index requirement of domestic RFID anti-metal tag,a miniaturized anti-metal RFID tag antenna based on dielectric resonator is designed.Through software simulation and debugging,the dielectric constant of dielectric resonator material is 90,and the electrical connection and impedance matching of the chip are realized by metal ring.The resonator is only 9 mm in height and 25.5 mm in diameter.The simulation results show that the gain of metal tag antenna is above 0 dB and the maximum gain is even 4 dB when it works on metal surface in the working range covering the Chinese frequency band.The other work of this paper is to study the influence of metal cracks on the working state of dielectric resonators,study the offset of resonant frequency of dielectric resonators,and make use of this characteristic,combine the characteristics of dielectric resonators such as high gain and high Q value when the material is high dielectric constant,realize the dielectric resonators as sensing module,monitor the resonators by monitoring antenna,observe the RCS of resonators,and lift it.Real-time resonant points of the resonator are removed to monitor metal cracks.In this paper,through simulation and data processing,the positive correlation curve between dielectric resonator and crack depth in a certain range is obtained,and the feasibility of the monitoring method is verified by physical monitoring.
