With the development of electronic technology,Industrial control technology is gradually moving toward integration,high speed and low power consumption.As the core circuit of the whole system,the control circuit plays an increasingly important role in modern industrial technology.In some areas of blasting,aerospace,and military control,electronic delay device is an important part of the control circuit.The key technology is time precision,so the research on time precision control has a far-reaching significance.In view of the special environment of geological exploration with strong vibration,muddy water and easy to break the line,combined with the technical requirements in the vertical superposition source,an electronic delay device that can be applied to the vertical superimposed source is proposed,and the control circuit of the electronic delay device is precisely designed.The main research contents in this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the design method of multistage seismic sources superposition in vertical that has been invented and combined with the modern electronic delay technology,a vertical superposition source based on electronic delay technology is proposed.The system consists of a two circuits,a high-voltage coded charger on the surface and an electronic delayer at the bottom of the explosive well,which is used with Boom Box dynamite controller(428 XL).Based on the seismic exploration detonator industry standard and the output characteristics of the 428 XL,a circuit is designed to realize the coding of the charging,detonating and abandonment command codes,and a circuit is designed to decode and achieve a precise detonation of three instant detonators as well as.In addition,in order to facilitate indoor research,a relatively single-function device was designed to output the same detonation signal as the 428 XL.(2)Using Light-Emitting Diode(LED)instead of instant detonators,the stability of the electronic delay system was tested near the base station and substation of the mobile phone.Observe the signal of the electronic delay with digital oscilloscope,verify the accuracy of the control time and determine the optimal time interval.Test the effect of line loss on the detonation signal during long-distance transmission.(3)With the help of the field engineering project,the electronic delayer is placed on the surface,firstly,three instantaneous detonators are detonated by 1 s which buried in three wells with a depth of 1 m underground and a horizontal interval of 1 m.The received seismic data proves that the system can work normally and achieve the desired results.Secondly,through the geological data obtained by micro-logging,the vertical superimposed source is tested by setting the distance between the columns to be 1.7 m,the depth of the explosive well is 15 m and detonate the columns at intervals of 3 ms.Through the received seismic data,it is proved that after the first column is detonated,whether the second and third sections can be detonated normally,and the vertical superposition of seismic waves is realized.Finally,the vertical superposition source controlled by electronic delay system,single deep explosive well source and triple explosive well combined source are set respectively,and the energy and frequency of seismic waves are compared and analyzed.The results show that the artificial source excited by the electronic delay system can improve the energy that spreads underground and increase the frequency bandwidth,which provides a new method for realizing the vertical superposition seismic source.
