China attaches great importance to national publishing.The publication of Mongolian subject books is an important part of the publication of national books in China.Article 119 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China states: "The organs of self-government of the national autonomous areas independently protect and organize the cultural heritage of the nation and develop and prosper the national culture." From 2008 to 2018,the publication of Mongolian-themed books in China has achieved great achievements,mainly as follows: the theme is clear,the variety is diverse,the content is rich,the national characteristics are remarkable,the times are strong,and the influence is reached in Europe and America.The publication achievements of Mongolian books not only reflect the achievements of the publication of minority books in China,but also reflect the richness and diversity of China's publishing industry,and also make positive contributions to the implementation of the “going out” strategy of book publishing in China.As one of the main ethnic minorities in China,the Mongolian people have a large population and a wide distribution area.Their history,culture and folk customs are valuable cultural resources and topic selection resources for book publishing.Publishers,authors,editors and readers(consumers)who publish Mongolian-themed books constitute a basic publishing force and can also be an important publishing resource.The successful development of the Mongolian-themed book publishing work is inseparable from these topical resources and cultural resources,but possessing these necessary topic selection resources and cultural resources does not mean that Mongolian-themed books can be published smoothly,in book publishing.There must be a number of problems that cannot be ignored in each link.These problems restrict and influence the development of Mongolian-themed book publishing to a certain extent,which in turn affects the publication of minority books in China.Therefore,the current status of Mongolian-themed books is published.It is necessary to conduct research on the problems existing in the development process.This paper mainly uses the theory and expertise of publishing,mainly using the research methods,through the collection and collation of Mongolian books,the analysis of the background,significance and status quo of Mongolian books,and the existing problems of Mongolian books.A more in-depth analysis was carried out,and corresponding solutions were proposed for existing problems.At present,the main problems faced by Mongolian-themed books are: repeated topic selection,lack of editing talents,lack of publishing funds,and insufficient marketing innovation.In view of the causes and influencing factors of these problems,combined with the reality of Mongolian-themed book publishing,the following specific countermeasures were proposed: precise planning of topics,continuous enrichment of book content;strengthening of professional editorial team construction;expansion of financing channels,and more publications Funding;fostering a sense of innovation,creating a book publishing industry chain;keeping up with the trend of the big data era,promoting the transformation of book publishing to digital;strengthening the implementation of the Mongolian theme book publishing go-out strategy.
