With the acceleration of the pace of social development,we have to face a series of environmental pollution problems brought about by the rapid development of the economy while enjoying the rich material life.Water pollution can be said to be the top priority,automobile exhaust Industrial wastewater and domestic waste are seriously affecting the safety of water around us.The concentration of dissolved oxygen in water is an important indicator for measuring water quality.Therefore,a device capable of efficiently detecting dissolved oxygen concentration in water has been developed.It is necessary to assess water quality and it will be of great benefit to domestic drinking water,aquaculture and marine fisheries.The dissolved oxygen concentration sensor studied in this thesis is based on the principle of fluorescence quenching and involves basic knowledge of optical design,circuit structure and signal processing.System analysis and simulation modeling are used as auxiliary means to focus on the design optimization of optical structure.Simulation software for simulation analysis.This paper introduces the research background and research significance of the subject,summarizes and summarizes the detection methods of dissolved oxygen at home and abroad,expounds the research objectives and main tasks of the thesis,introduces the principle of fluorescence quenching and the principle of phase detection.The detection method of the system is summarized.The high-brightness green LED is selected as the excitation source of the sensor.[Ru(dphphen)3](ClO4)2 is used as the sensitive substance of the sensor,and the PIN silicon photodiode is used as the photodetector.Finally,the optical waveguide structure was designed and optimized by the optical design software zemax.
