Cables,which are known as the "blood vessels" and "nerves" of the national economy,are widely used in various industries in life.However,due to its relatively simple production process and easy access to raw materials,the cable industry has a lower barrier to entry in and a lower level of information in enterprises,most enterprises also rely on manual experience scheduling.With the introduction of the transformation and upgrading strategy of the manufacturing industries all over the world,the traditional scheduling mode no longer adapt to or even limit the future development of enterprises.Therefore,the research on the scheduling problem of cable industry has received extensive attention from scholars.According to the current situation and production characteristics of the cable workshop,this paper focuses on the scheduling problem of workshop production,and proposes a hierarchical scheduling algorithm,which has been applied in the manufacturing execution system,which has important value and significance for speeding up the progress of information transformation of cable industry in China and improving the international competitiveness of the industry.Firstly,this paper discusses the research background and significance of workshop scheduling,summarizes the research status of workshop scheduling and manufacturing execution system at home and abroad,and gives the main research content and organization structure of the paper.Secondly,taking a cable factory as an example,using the field research and analysis and consulting references,summarizes and analyzes the key issue,such as current development status of the cable industry,production characteristics,and bottlenecks faced by enterprises.and proposes a data acquisition scheme based on the workshop object of the cable factory,and an information construction framework for the cable industry based on various information methods.Thirdly,the paper focuses on the production scheduling problem of the cable workshop,and summarizes the scheduling characteristics of the cable workshop.,and build mathematical modeling.proposes two scheduling algorithms,which are rule-based(priority)scheduling algorithm and hierarchical scheduling algorithm baesd on genetic algorithm.According to the data provided by the cable factory,uses MATLAB to simulate the scheduling algorithm(including the classical genetic algorithm),and compare and analyze.the scheduling results,which proved that the hierarchical scheduling algorithm can reduce the delay penalty and improve the customer satisfaction than the rule(priority)algorithm,and greatly improves the solution time and responds quickly to changes of workshop than classical genetic algorithm,and applied to the manufacturing execution system that i participated in.Finally,the paper elaborates on some of the modules of the manufacturing execution system that i participated in,including algorithm application,technical solution,functional module,production plan management,and shows the development results.The implementation and application of the system verify that the hierarchical scheduling algorithm has good engineering application value.
