With the rapid development of laser technology,people are investigating THz waves deeply.The wavelength of THz wave is generally in the range of 3mm?30?m,the band located between infrared wave and microwave.Terahertz technology as an emerging technology are concern gradually in many areas,especially in homeland security,anti-terrorism,electronic warfare,medical diagnostics,safety testing,biological information extraction,material testing,and high-speed data communication with high security transmission and other fields.Therefore,terahertz research is significant for homeland security and national economy.Existing terahertz wave communication system,microwave communication systems and optical communication system have the similar communication link.The communication system consists of signal generating source,modulation,coding,transmission,receiver.There are a lot of different schemes and methods in the specific realization method.The main work of this paper is to use THz-TDS system to achieve the indoor environment terahertz wireless transmission.The main research works are as follows:In this paper,GaAs antenna radiation model was built to explain THz radiation mechanism,and elements which influence the THz intensity were analyzed.Efficient and convenient terahertz antenna frame structures have been designed,antenna with different models and different electrode gap can be easily replaced,and at the same time,the electrodes are contacted with the standard interface.In the lab environment,wireless audio signal transmission experiment with the transmission distance of 65cm has been accomplished based on the THz-TDS system.
