Infrared image is a special image that reflects the energy information of infrared radiation in the environment.It contains special information that is not available in visible light images.It has unique value in military and civilian applications.Infrared camera is an electronic product that can obtain infrared images.People can easily observe,analyze and apply infrared images through infrared imaging systems.As infrared imaging cameras are used in more industries,the market has higher requirements for infrared cameras.The existing infrared cameras all have a shutter structure,which intermittently lays down during the working,causing the infrared cameras to be unable to continuously image in real time,which limits the performance of the infrared camera in practical applications.In order to solve this problem,this paper designed a new type of shutter-less infrared camera.This paper first analyzed the flow of infrared imaging,summarized the characteristics of infrared digital images,and analyzed the role of traditional shutter systems.the cancellation of the shutter structure will affect the imaging quality of the infrared image.For this situation,based on the general non-uniformity correction,this paper proposed two points for pre-stored background information.The correction method realized shutter-less non-uniformity correction.For image noise,median filtering was used to filter out the noise of infrared images in various denoising metheds.And this paper proposed a fast median filtering algorithm to facilitate its implementation in infrared imaging systems.In view of the unclear details of infrared images,this paper considered the idea of image layering and proposed a fast bilateral filtering method which can realize the separation of background layer and detail layer of image according to the idea of bilateral filtering.Due to the concentration of the gray level of the infrared image,this paper used the dual-platform histogram processing method to adjust the grayscale distribution of the image.Finally,the paper combined and compressed the processed background layer image and detail layer image to improve the visual effect of the shutterless infrared image.On the basis of the infrared image algorithm,this paper designed a new hardware structure of the shutter-less infrared camera,selected the FPGA as the core processing platform of the infrared camera,analyzed the hardware modules and implementation functions of the system,and designed a new module for realizing shutter-less function.After this,this paper selected chips for the system.Based on this,the schematic diagram and PCB layout of the shutter-less infrared camera system were designed.This paper summarized the specific layout rules.We got the infrared camera system hardware that works reliably.Finally,based on the internal characteristics of FPGA,we designed the internal algorithm modules of FPGA with modularization idea based on the infrared image algorithm.The algorithm module was incorporated into the hardware of infrared imaging system,and a complete infrared imaging system that can output high-quality infrared images without interruption in real time was obtained.
