With the continuous development of computer technology and communication technology,wireless communication technology has undergone earth-shaking changes.In today's communication environment,there are many different wireless networks,and the supported services are different due to different properties such as coverage of various networks.Differently,these wireless networks that will lead to the future will be heterogeneous networks based on the convergence of multiple wireless access technologies.User terminals can flexibly and dynamically select the network that is most suitable for them,which leads to network access selection in heterogeneous networks problem.In this study,the main work is as follows:(1)The particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to improve the network attribute weights.A network access selection algorithm based on terminal side is proposed.Based on the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm,the classification idea of producers and beggars in the bird swarm algorithm is integrated,and the chaos idea is added to improve the algorithm.The experiment is carried out under the re-simulation environment with the user satisfaction as the target.It shows that the improved algorithm can bring greater satisfaction to users.(2)Because the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm has the defects of low convergence precision and poor distribution,a multi-objective chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm with improved inertia weight is proposed.The influence of particle domain particles is introduced to improve the crowding distance,and the disturbance variation and chaos ideas are added.The linear inertia weight is used and the performance test is carried out under the classical multi-objective test function.The results show that the performance of the improved algorithm is significantly improved.(3)Aiming at the defects of single-objective optimization that cannot consider user satisfaction and network resources at the same time,a heterogeneous wireless network access selection algorithm based on multi-objective is proposed.The mutation factor is introduced to improve the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm and the flock algorithm.And applied to the network access selection,the experiment is carried out under the simulation model,compared with the single target algorithm,the results show that the fusion algorithm can achieve a good balance between the two targets.
