Research On The Development Status And Development Trend Of Knowledge Payment Platform

With the improvement of people's economic level,the consumption of the spiritual level is increasing.Faced with the huge competitive pressure of society,people are eager to achieve self-improvement through knowledge learning.However,the complicated redundancy of massive information in the Internet age has caused cognitive anxiety among contemporary users.Therefore,under the condition of mature technology and the formation of payment consciousness,the knowledge payment platform that solves the user's cognitive anxiety has emerged as the times require,and has developed rapidly.Through reviewing the literature and the survey reports of major institutions,this paper studies the current development status of several representative knowledge payment platforms at home and abroad,from the bottom to up,at the aspects of payment mode,knowledge products,user services and business operation mode,the differences in the development of Chinese and foreign knowledge payment platforms are analyzed.Although the development of foreign knowledge payment platforms is not as popular as domestic ones,its mature operation mode,people-oriented user services and high-quality knowledge products are all worth learning in domestic knowledge payment platforms.In order to understand the actual situation of users using the knowledge payment platform,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the users and potential users of the knowledge payment platform,investigated the user's use of the knowledge payment platform,usage expectations and usage satisfaction.This study uses a individual analysis to study the user's needs and satisfaction with several specific aspects such as product content,platform construction,and knowledge services.This study further clarifies the user needs of different ages,education and income through classification analysis,and clarifies the demand characteristics of different user groups.On the basis of the investigation of the development status and user usage of the knowledge payment platform,it is concluded that the knowledge payment platform has the problems of low quality of knowledge products,serious market homogeneity,unreasonable product pricing and improper management of intellectual property rights.It is expected that the development of the future knowledge payment platform will refine the needs of the masses,provide users with differentiated and vertical knowledge products,introduce new technologies such as VR and AI to enhance the user learning experience,and learn the operation ideas of foreign knowledge payment platforms in the operation mode to provide users with more humane knowledge services,and to provide a good knowledge creation environment for content creators,to protect the intellectual property rights of content creators from two aspects: platform mechanism and regulatory improvement.
