| In the era of online media and self-prosperous media,the traditional TV industry has ushered in unprecedented challenges.Compared with online media,its timeliness,hotspots,etc.are always lagging and insufficient.Due to the impact of new media,the TV industry's ratings and economic benefits have been seriously affected.Therefore,we must seek new breakthroughs,carry out reforms and innovations and seek new developments.Although there are many program collection systems on the market,there is no dedicated system for collecting hot news developed for the TV industry,and the existing system has a relatively simple functional composition,and does not have the interaction effect between the media and the public.Therefore,this paper proposes to use the new media environment and technology to design and develop a news video collection and interaction system based on mobile terminals,to help the TV industry expand the hot news collection,improve the collection of news video and data processing efficiency,and enhance traditional TV media.Competitiveness.The news video collection and interaction system based on mobile terminal adopts key technologies such as embedded Linux,PhoneGap technology and clustering algorithm in technology,and uses Java as the programming language to effectively ensure the smooth development of the system through SQL Server 2016 database.Process,good operability and safety performance.This paper firstly starts from the actual demand of TV industry material collection,and carries out detailed needs analysis on the material collection path,collection efficiency and hot spot degree of the material,and determines the functional structure of the system as system user management and video audio collection.Management,video and audio classification management,video and audio interactive management and video audio compensation management and other five management function modules.The system uses PhoneGap technology in the execution process of cross-platform services,only need to carry out a small amount of code or program changes,can achieve a development,diversified application effects,can ensure that the client of the system in Android,IOS,etc.Running in terminals of multiple mainstream operating systems.At the end of the paper,the implementation process of the system is discussed and demonstrated,and the function and performance of the system are tested.The test results show that the system function meets the design requirements and can support the number of concurrent users in the actual working mode.The innovation of this system is to combine the application of key technologies and incorporate them into the news video collection and interaction system,so that the system is more practical and simple in function,which is of great significance for the TV industry to expand the way to collect materials.The design idea of the system can provide reference for the follow-up TV industry in the system development related to collection management,and benefit system developers and users. |
