Faced with the primary energy consumption structure with coal as the main consumer goods,natural gas,as a clean alternative to energy consumption,has played an important role in China's economic and social development.In order to solve the transportation and storage problems of natural gas,the birth of liquefied natural gas(LNG)has promoted the continuous transformation of energy consumption structure.As a rapidly rising and developing industry,promoting the information construction of LNG filling stations can effectively improve the efficiency of LNG filling stations and save labor costs.Based on the existing LNG industry and gas station informationization construction cases,and consulting the existing literature about LNG gas station informationization,this paper determines Java as the development language,JSP dynamic web pages and Html5-based front-end presentation technology,and builds a LNG gas station on the basis of SSH framework.Charge management system,the LNG filling station charges,LNG filling terminal management,LNG filling station multimedia services technical solutions.This paper studies the technical basis for the development of charging management system of LNG filling station.On the basis of the system technology,this paper classifies the charging management system of LNG filling station according to the specific requirements of business management,business process,role division,system data and specific functional module analysis.Demand analysis was carried out.In addition,the specific functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed,which lays the foundation for the detailed design of the system.In the detailed design of the system,the overall structure,system database and specific functional modules of the LNG charging management system are designed in detail.According to the detailed design results of the system,the overall implementation of the system is studied,and the realization of the main functional modules of the system is discussed in detail.In this paper,the system test case is used to test the charging management system of a LNG filling station.According to the test results,the system is modified and improved.In addition to the exception of system test,the bearing capacity of the system is tested.The test results show that the system meets the requirements of further on-line publishing,and the charging management system of a LNG filling station can be run on-line.With the continuous development of computer technology,industry informatization is the general trend,LNG industry is no exception.This paper proposes to establish a charging management system of a LNG filling station,standardize the work flow of the basic filling station through the information system,and improve the efficiency of the filling station.A LNG filling station charge management system has LNG related multimedia display,gas station interactive platform,LNG charge management,gas station customer management,LNG terminal management,system management and other functional modules,for the grass-roots filling station,has a very high practical value,to enhance the level of LNG filling station information technology has a very high level.Realistic significance.
