In the context of China is also signatory to The Minamata Convention on Mercury,decide to ban production and import and export of mercury products since 2020.It will inevitably lead to phase-out of traditional medical mercury thermometer.However,the most common electronic thermometer is single temperature measurement always,which is not suitable for long time temperature monitoring.Other temperature measurement that can monitor temperature are too expensive.In order to fine a convenient,practical,low-cost way of temperature monitoring,we cooperate with enterprises develop a dynamic monitoring body temperature,wide range of application,conforms to clinical,low cost,convenient wearing,simple operation,wearable dynamic temperature monitoring system.Firstly,the thesis select the NTC thermal sensor with low cost and convenient use by collecting the data and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing temperature measurement methods.Secondly,we organized hospital experts,doctors and nurses research and debate clinical application,and analyze the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.After that,we establish a functional requirements model using the unified modeling language technology.Thirdly,the system is composed of system terminal and body temperature management system by analyzing the functional requirements model,and the system communication is realized by USB protocol.The research work of system terminal mainly includes: clock setting,temperature monitoring,warning setting,historical data query,recovery factory setting and USB connection.The research work of body temperature management system mainly includes: connection system terminal,historical data query and analysis,temperature measurement setting,system setting.Next,we are detailed design according to the demand analysis to introduce the function operation and operation flow.The software programming of this system is based on Keil uVision4 and Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0,and realizes the main functions of the design.Finally,through functional testing check the completion status of various functions.Test system performance,record and analyze test results through constant temperature test and clinical test.The Wearable Dynamic Temperature Monitoring System has been entered into the hospital for continuous clinical testing,and there is no systematic abnormality.It is proved that the safety and accuracy of the system conforms to the national standard of clinical thermometer.The system can monitor the body temperature change of patients in real time,and detect the abnormality in time.And the system can reduce the number of contact with infectious disease patients,reduce the risk of infection.In the hospital monitoring,the system can realize large-scale monitoring without a lot of manpower,and improve the efficiency of medical staff.The system is suitable for hospitals and families.The system is applying for registration of medical devices,and it has basically passed the registration test as complete the adjustment of the appearance structure twice.
