With the development of the society and the living conditions,the health of the human body has been paid more and more attention.The population life has been obviously increased and the composition of the social population also is changing from the youth to the old,the aging of population is become more and more seriously.In order to solve the rehabilitation problem of the stroke and hemiplegic patients due to the the aging of population,the research of the rehabilitation robots was born and become a research hotspot.Most of the existing rehabilitation robots for the lower limbs is aimed at the passive rehabilitation mode,which should planned the training gait before the rehabilitation process,so this training mode is difficult to meet the different needs of the different patients.Therefore,to compensate the existing lower limb rehabilitation robot's deficiency,we put forward a new method in this article,which use the plantar pressure to predict the patient's lower limb rehabilitation gait,so this method can adapt to different patients or different rehabilitation training needs,.The main research content is as follows:(1)According to the human body movement gait,human lower limb structure,foot structure and plantar pressure,the relationship between plantar pressure and gait parameters were qualitatively analyzed.(2)We establish the multi-rigid-body dynamics model of the lower limbs and the foot and transform the human bio-mechanical problems to multi-rigid-body physical problems.From this way,the relationship between the plantar pressure and the motion gait is set up,and the relation between the movement gait and the plantar pressure is also revealed.(3)We study the relationship between the gait velocity and plantar pressure.According to the affect applied from the gait velocity to the plantar pressure,we establish the model of the relationship between barycenter fluctuation and plantar pressure,which can illustrate the relationship between the gait velocity and plantar pressure.(4)Based on the relationship between plantar pressure and gait movement,a radial basis function(RBF)neural networ model was established,this input of this model is the plantar pressure and the patient rehabilitation training gait is output.So we can use the plantar pressure to predict the training gait.(5)Finally,we validate and verify the radial basis function(RBF)neural network model and prove the model is feasible.
