| The level is a kind of instrument in surveying measurements.It has a very wide range of applications in the geodetic height measurement and measurement of settlement buildings.But the traditional purely optical level require manual focus and observation which is inefficiency and the measurement results influenced by subjective factors largely.Although digital level is capable of reading the bar code automatically,the scale is not common and require manual sighting,and the data collected can be results after software processed which made the operation complicated.Therefore,this study image acquisition and processing for the water level and use the LCD display instead of eyepiece focus.The data can be read and handled automatically by the system.The main research work are as follow:(1)The paper determined the solution of the system after studied the geometric structure and working principle of the traditional level.we reformed the level by adding imaging sensor at the end of the spectroscope.And use microprocessor of ARM to realize the image acquisition and real-time display the image.So that the sensor instead of focus by eyes.Acquired images can be saved in SD card of system and can be accessed by PC after directly connected.(2)In order to promote the water level of intelligent,portable and integrated designed,we studied the system of image acquisition and data process.In the software of eclipse I programmed the system software of interface.By calling for the camera of Android to get image and save the data in the Android.Use the method of elevation data to calculate and generate and save measurement hand book automatically.(3)For the automatic reading function of Digital Level,I studied the method of image process by OpenCV4 Android.By thresholding techniques and the template matching in OpenCV to realize the character division.Use the technology of OCR to read the character automatically,and research using contour matching method for character recognition.Through the standard foot point of the image studied grade rod reading the scale of algorithmic processes.The research result show:It is enabled to acquire and store image by CMOS image sensor and ARM technology.The combination of Android and the water level can be achieved image acquisition and processing,it is possible to image processing and automatic reading.The resulting system software can generate report of data and automatically calculate the results and save the data. |
