Study On The Financing Of Media Listed Companies In Western China

At present,under the background that the state strongly encourages and supports the listing of media companies,it is the general trend for enterprises to directly raise funds through listing.Especially in recent years,with the accelerated pace of reform of our cultural industry,media companies want to seek development,the embrace of capital market is the inevitable choice of its development to a certain period.China has adopted a gradual policy of easing the financing of cultural industries and media listed companies.Many state-owned enterprises and media companies have begun to seek various financing methods to break down policy barriers and achieve the speed of scale expansion under the strong impetus of policies.And achieved very significant results.Therefore,the use of capital markets to promote the development of media companies has also become a major goal of many media companies.However,the media capital operation in China started late,especially the media industry in the western region and the eastern region still has certain development gaps and gaps,but it can not be ignored that with the development of the capital market,The media industry in the western part of our country has more room for development.Therefore,this paper will carry on interdisciplinary research,using the theory of capital operation of economics to analyze the current situation of media industry operation in China.Based on the analysis of the current situation of media capital operation in China and the optimization of the financing mode and mode of media listed companies in the East and West,this paper discusses the main factors that influence the financing decision of media listed companies,and has mastered the optimization of financing mode of media listed companies in China.On the basis of theory and practice,this paper analyzes some problems in the financing status of media listed companies in western China,taking Guangdong Media in the East,Shaanxi Broadcasting Corporation in the West,and B-ray Media as examples.It provides reference for the financing of the media listed companies in the western region and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the media industry in the western region.
