After China's reform and opening up,the market economy is in a steady stage of development.The development of enterprises in finance also shows a good trend in general,but also exposes some problems,these problems are mainly concentrated in some small and medium-sized enterprises,and financing difficulties are the main financial problems faced by enterprises.When SMEs are facing financing difficulties,their own development will be affected,resulting in insufficient productivity level.At present,the state pays great attention to small and medium-sized enterprises,but there are still some problems to be solved in their financing.Strengthening the financing ability of small and medium-sized enterprises will be conducive to improving the operation and development of enterprises themselves.The financing difficulty of SMEs is mainly due to the difficulty in solving the guarantee problem.Guarantee problem is actually the problem that guarantee enterprises are inconvenient to control the financing risk of enterprises.In this paper,data mining technology is introduced to study the financing problem of SMEs,and related data mining algorithms are mainly used to analyze the related factors of financing risk of SMEs.Based on these factors,a model is established to analyze the level of financing risk of SMEs.The contents of this study mainly include the following aspects:(1)The classification operation process of enterprises is elaborated.Based on the basic data,business data and historical data of enterprises,this system establishes classification rules for the types of enterprises.(2)By means of data induction and discretization,the operation efficiency and comprehensive level of system modeling are significantly improved,and more accurate evaluation results are achieved.(3)The classification model of enterprise financing risk constructed in the process of this paper is validated by the classification algorithm of neural network,support vector machine and stochastic forest.The final result is that the classification model is validated by the classification algorithm of neural network in the process of financing risk analysis,whether from accuracy,recall rate index or comprehensive index.Standard F-Score is optimal.The results show that the application of neural network in the risk management of enterprise financing can significantly promote the decision-making of guaranty business which is more suitable for its own development.
