Research And Implementation Of Logistics Performance Evaluation System Based On Blockchain

With the increasingly deepening of the socialization of government logistics services,service outsourcing has become a trend.By bidding to select professional companies into the form of social service units in the fields of catering,property and security,it can provide professional and high-quality services for government units,however,how to supervise the socialized service units is also a difficult problem that needs to be solved.The information asymmetry of service outsourcing units and departments,the imperfect evaluation mechanism,the lack of systematic and information management platform make the contract performance of service outsourcing difficult to track,and the service quality can not be evaluated.Therefore,in order to solve this management problem,a logistics service evaluation system based on block chain technology is designed and implemented in this paper.The system has the functions of user management,authority control,contract management,personnel information management,attendance management,training management,monthly report management,performance evaluation form introduction and scoring management,third-party evaluation management,quality of service mass feedback management,accident reporting processing module,annual evaluation module,and so on,which provides a perfect information support platform for the management of outsourcing services.The system takes advantage of intelligent terminal to collect attendance information,complaint,user evaluation,third-party evaluation and other service quality information,and can generate attendance report with regards to time,personnel,company and other dimensions.The service outsourcing contract takes advantage of block chain to sign,audit and receive on-line,which provides an interface for tracking and evaluating contract performance by the use of block-chain intelligent contract technology in the later stage.The data visualization of the performance management system,the facilitation of service evaluation and the systematization of management is achieved in the system.At the same time,a new hybrid storage method applying both database and blockchain to save data is designed and implemented in the system in order to supply data security.In addition,smart contract technology of blockchain is utilized to whole lifetime management of the company's contracts.These new designs and technologies provide reliable data support and convenient system tools for assessment of contract performance,cost settlement and service quality,so that the complexity of managers in the process of supervision is reduced,and the accuracy of contract performance evaluation is improved.
