At present,China's capital market is in developing and progressing,and market value management has become a hot topic in the capital market,and its importance has been recognized by more and more people.Along with the transformation and upgrading of some enterprises and supply-side reform,China's economy is entering a period of structural adjustment.Under the guidance of the thought of "value investment",China's capital market gradually turns into a mature capital market in which the stock price reasonably reflects the company's intrinsic value.With the development of China's capital market and the continuous improvement of asset securitization rate,market value management has become a new benchmark to reflect the advantages and disadvantages of listed companies and the steady operation of China's real economy.With the deepening of economic globalization and the further development of the international financial market,as well as the progress of China's economic transformation is advancing.Apple in the early 21 st century became the most valuable enterprise,iPhone as apple's main business,business formed its own characteristics in the market,China's enterprises want to make their products in the world community established,enterprises need to constantly reference successful experience,the company fully can yet be regarded as a good model.Since 2007,apple has launched its first smart phone,the iPhone,with great success.This paper takes apple as an example,and through the event study method,sorts out the production level,sales capacity and market feedback of iPhone products in each year in the past 10 years,and finally feeds back to the stock price of the company to analyze the impact on the market value of the company.At the same time,a series of research methods,such as literature research method,case study method and financial index analysis method,are used to introduce and analyze in detail the market value management behaviors of apple in different periods,analyze the effectiveness of its market value management method,draw the inspiration of market value management of listed companies and put forward relevant Suggestions.Therefore,this paper USES domestic and foreign market value management theories to clarify the current situation of market value management of domestic and foreign listed companies and the situation of carrying out market value management research.Make a comprehensive analysis of apple to analyze its profitability,growth ability and tobin Q index;Through heavy analysis,the enlightenment of market value management of listed companies is obtained and relevant Suggestions are put forward.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is drawn that the market value can be effectively improved by rational use of market value management methods.The study on the effectiveness of apple's market value management method in this paper can provide ideas and references for other listed companies' market value management.
