The current public security industry monitoring platform there are many problems with the continuous expansion of the monitoring network,the existing monitoring platform mode of operation is no longer able to meet the current data processing requirements.This paper studies how the business requirements for the monitoring platform,introduce new demand model and software design to increasing monitoring efficiency,promote scientific monitoring systems and efficient operation purposes.Public security monitoring platform is an industry classification and information integration business are very complex systems.In the business category,a variety of business needs with the current public security,such as alarm handling,case inquiry,joint surveillance and so on.Type of business is more diverse,the need to diversify our design,integration will be able to maximize the effectiveness of the platform to play.1.Firstly,monitoring platform for public security industry business processes were studied in detail,and use cases and requirements analysis,detailed illustration of business segments and demands of the public security sector monitoring platform,design and implementation of the monitoring system as a basis,and use of object-oriented design methods,the use of UML Unified Modeling Language are described and analysis needs.2.Then we make different hierarchy detail design,create the corresponding component and class diagrams.The relationship of the whole system of the sort and integration,the flow of information and software architecture design and research.Combined with front-end monitoring systems video surveillance systems and software platforms with different design features.3.To develop the system,the design of the database table,the table shows the structure of example,to the use of data structures and database tables are studied and analyzed using the method of analysis of the organization,through the establishment of data dictionary,to build and analyze this platform data management processes.4.For the entire implementation process has been described,from a video surveillance system to function management software platform,we are given a more detailed implementation process,and for some important data structures will be described,making the business processes more clarity.For the key technologies such as IP multicast for a more detailed explanation,and gives the implementation process.5.In the last,design and implementation of the system was verified and tested for various business functions of the system,designed to test scenarios and methods for the needs of the business,the choice of the appropriate test equipment,various functions to be verified.After testing,to prove that our system has better performance,can reach the application level,and for the current monitoring platform,has a good idea on the supplement.6.For the current situation,we made room for improvement and needs to be improved and optimized algorithms for future development monitoring platform,combined with our research,we give outlook and vision for the future of digital business processes and intelligent put forward their ideal design.
