Development Of Digital Process Management System For A Certain Autoparts Enterprise Based On Teamcenter

China’s manufacturing occupies a vital position in today’s world. Auto parts enterprises in China have become suppliers for international automotive manufacturers. In order to meet the requirements of high-quality and low-cost of car makers, enterprises also face a great many problems about complex of production organizations, multi-variety, small quantities and mixed routing manufacturing. The key is the ability to process manufacturing. However, the key to process is the advanced management principles and digital tools. It’s necessary to do some research on digital process of new styles, accelerate the applications and enhance China’s capacity for independent innovation, especially auto parts digitization. In this paper, the digital process of auto parts is the object of study. We will discuss the following aspects in depth.Firstly, present situation in the process development of China’s auto parts enterprises is analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for auto parts enterprise structural process model by doing some theoretical research on digital process. The essay will analyze and discuss the significant technology of digital process under the background of 3PR(Product, Process, Plant, Resource). The implementation and application of digital process requires the support of simulation technology, intelligent decision technology and integration technology.Secondly, this paper does research on digital processing function and gives some grounds on general technical scheme, based on the German, Siemens company’s lifecycle management. Teamcenter system. Products process, factories and resources of Auto parts enterprises will work in cooperation, be associated and be managed in a platform by the model of Teamcenter structured process.Finally, as the research results, establish a digital technology platform for automobile parts enterprises based on Teamcenter through the secondary development technology and integration technology, based on the implementation and effectiveness evaluation of the current platform running instance, It’s necessary to applicate technology of digital process based on 3PR principle for auto parts enterprises.
