The contradiction between short supply of high-quality medical resources and increasing demand for medical treatment becomes fiercer.Therefore,a lot of problems prevail,namely,it is difficult for patients to get medical services,big hospitals suffer crowding and there is a difficulty in managing the“Three longs and one short?long queues of registration,waiting to see doctors and charging,and short treatment receiving time?”[1].According to the Opinions on Conducting Appointment-driven Treatment on Public Hospitals,it is necessary to actively promote the construction of the diversified registration system to better service patients[2].The traditional registration construction way with one hospital as one unit suffers obvious disadvantages.For example,if patient need to make appointment in many hospitals,they have to download all the APP applications of these hospitals or visit their websites,which is very in-convenient.This paper designs a integrated registration service platform,which can show all the service patients once enjoyed from hospitals.Patients only need to download the APP provided in the platform or visit the platform website.Besides,the service platform also can provide registration service for healthy and medical industry firms via interface calls or implanting the front end HTML5 page provided on the platform,aiming to reduce the similar system construction cost and reduced repeated input.Since it is put into operation,it has provided over 5,900,000 services for patients and make great effects.The core content:?1?After analyzing the demand for service platform,this paper designs the business structure and technology structure of platform system and designs the business function in modularization to achieve the high cohesion and low coupling of the system.?2?A handling mechanism of dynamic queuing deferred message queue based on the priority list has been proposed.It specifically reduces the inconvenience in dealing with the deferred implementation or prior implementation caused by the first-in first-out mechanism in traditional message queue system?3?The business growth may be very quick as the platform plays as an Internet mobile product.The pressure faced by server and database may become the system bottleneck.Specific to the business characteristics,divisional design is proposed based on users?location.Also,when the business grows to hit the bottleneck of system in one single division,the way for subdivision of the division and the re-balance solutions of data amid different divisions are considered.?4?Since the Aliyun load balancing service is unable to achieve customer routing according to requirement after the system division,the paper develops the system access stratum based on Netty structure to help Aliyun load balancing service achieve the high-speed second routing.?5?It is very important to analyze the health and business situation of system.Thus the related monitored function is designed for the daily operation and management of system.
