Measurement of microradian angular vibratory could be used for acquiring posture and vibratory information of the satellite platform,laser weapons and optical remote sensing platform,so that it could control posture of platform steadily.Without mechanical wear of traditional gyroscope and limited by optics comparing with optical gyroscope,the angular vibratory sensor based on magnetohydrodynamics(MHD)principle has the characteristics of high precision,broadband,long lifetime,surge suppression,small size and light-weight.This paper introduces study processes and achievements in different institutions,and then describes the sensitive principle of the MHD microradian angular vibratory sensor.Here we choose our designing scheme through comparing products based on the MHD principle internationally,which means we chose the radiant magnetic field scheme based on magnetohydrodynamics principle and issued patents from ATA co.After that,we give out the structure,magnetic field and current path design and technology realistic way to display a prototype.Then,the article designed flow-simulation based on the structure to promote the permanence of the sensor.Besides,the essay focused on key tech part that was the weak signal extraction,which is development of current transformer.It could make use of bandpass response and micromation of current transformer to extract weak signal by use of current transformer as primary amplification.Before the development of current transformer,we evaluated the performance of current transformer with help of finite simulation element analysis software.After that,we produced current transformers to do some test.And then we designed the amplifying and adjusting circuit to process weak signal further.As a result,the current transformer as well as amplifying and adjusting circuit extracted weak signal with great effect under some frequency.The weak signal extraction is the emphasis of the sensor's prototype design.Eventually,we provide the result of the sensor test experiment,analysis and summary.We evaluate the current achievement and indicate the direction of next step.This paper lays the foundation for realizing engineering application.At last,the project instantiated and tested the prototype of the MHD sensor based on MHD principle and extraction weak signal.We tested the prototype two times with the frequency scanning and amplitude scanning methods.Finally,we got the directive and referenced result through comparing,summarising and analysing different performance of the prototype under different frequencies and amplitudes.The research get the prospective result through principle study,scheme choise,structure design and simulation,weak signal extraction,prototype design and instantiation as well as test and analysis.The research provides the aboundant therotical and practical resources for further study.
