This research offers the technical scheme of detecting ULF Absolute Vibratory signal by the normal electromagnetism rate transducer. In engineering project, no matter the vibratory and malfunction inspection of large water wheel generate electricity set and precise machine tool, or engineering project structure vibratory analysis and mode test, earthquake forecast and geologic reconnoitering, all need to use the ULF absolute vibratory transducer to scale and analyze the signal caused when running. However, the normal electromagnetism rate transducer which has the high inherent frequency of that between 5-30Hz normally can not get the signal below 1 HZ, therefore, it can not be used for inspecting same signal, which confines its applications in engineering project. In order to solve this problem, this research adopts the electrical self-regulation circuit in series, on the basis of the unchanged of transfer function of electromagnetism rate transducer, extend frequency bandwidth of the transducer, improving its capability. After the self-regulation, the transducer has high passing feature and inferior lower lever cut-off frequency( below 1 Hz). Meanwhile, using SMC and computer to dealing the real time dynamic to the out put signal makes this transducer system has parameter and the proofread function of measure the precision. Test shows that this research can solve the problem of which the normal electromagnetism rate transducer can not inspect the ULF absolute vibratory. The transducer made by this research not only has the feature of measuring high precision and good currency, but also the mini volume and light weight, convenience to take, it is suitable for the scale and analysis of ULF absolute vibratory signal in production.
