The magnetohydrodynamic effect describes a motion law of the conducting flow in the magnetic field,whose core is the electromagnetic coupling between the velocity field and the magnetic field of the conducting fluid.The angle random jitter sensor,which based on the basic principle of magnetohydrodynamic effect,can realize micro angle vibration measurement with high precision and wide band.It plays an important irreplaceable role in the application,such as the high precision of remote sensing,ground remote sensing image data correction,accurate pointing of space communication,etc.In this paper,the principle,model derivation,scheme design and implementation of the sensor are discussed.The main contents are as follows:1.Based on the Magnetohydrodynamic effect and combined with the liquid of inertia,viscosity,wettability and other factors,the mathematical modeling of loop output of the conductive fluid loop is studied.Secondly,according to the technical requirements,the parameters of sensor,such as electromagnetic damping,mechanical damping,conductive fluid resistivity,etc.are designed.2.The design of high precision magnetic field is studied.In order to detect the signal,a rational and uniform magnetic field should be designed.Maxwell software is used to calculate the magnetic field distribution the conductive fluid which is used to verify the rationality of the design scheme.In addition,the structure of the sensor is optimized,so that it has a compact structure,a smaller size,a closed magnetic field and a good sealing,etc.3.According to the sensor model transfer function and the sensitivity of the sensor's magnetic field intensity,shape size and angular velocity sensitivity,the output signal magnitude of the sensor is calculated.In order to realize the accurate detection of the wideband weak voltage of the sensor,the noise suppression technology in the voltage detection circuit is studied,which is to ensure that the noise of the circuit itself can not be disturbed,and the output signal of the sensor is extracted.4.Combined with the analysis of the transfer function model,and according to the index adjustment and performance parameters,the fluid loop design,magnetic circuit simulation and the design of structure parameter,the design of weak signal amplification circuit,etc.were carried out.Through a lot of work about simulation and experimental verification,the structure parameters of the sensor are adjusted continuously,and the final parameters of the sensor are determined.5.According to the expected research target and the key technical parameters,the sensor is designed.And the experimental prototype of the sensor was carried out.The related experiments were carried out to verify the theoretical model and design.
