Research On Innovation Diffusions Of Agricultural Plastic Films' Popularizing And Recycling

This paper attempts to resolving the three rural issues from the perspective of communication by on-the-spot investigation.In order to answer the question how the agricultural plastic films were considered as the representative for "dependent diffusion technology" spread in different periods of rural development with Rogers' innovative diffusion theory,Liuba village,which located in the west of China,is been taken as a case in this research.After four-month field investigation and related researches,it come to the following conclusion.Based on the processes research of the diffusion of agricultural plastic films technology and agricultural plastic films recycling ideal.In the main part of this research,the diffusion process,is respectively sorted and comparative analyzed by three aspects: diffusion of the agricultural plastic films technology,diffusion of agricultural plastic films recycling ideal and the comparison of diffusion of the agricultural plastic films' popularizing and recycling.This research considered diffusion of agricultural film technology as a typical dependent innovation diffusion,and the agricultural film is a dependent diffusion technology,means that a type of technology which must be adhered to other things and be dominated in the type of technology by other things instead of spreading independently.From the characteristics of whether it can spread independently,the technology in the " technology clusters " can be divided into "dependent diffusion technology" and "independent diffusion technology".The attached things directly affect the process and success of the diffusion of dependent innovation,and the agricultural film extension is actually a problem caused by the diffusion of agricultural film technology.Therefore,to solve the problem of the dependent diffusion technology,we should pay more attention to the role of the attached things besides the hardware and software of the technology itself.Executive-led agricultural films popularizing and recycling are both "execution first",and agricultural film technology obviously contributes to the increase of agricultural production and then finally complete the diffusion.The spread of agricultural film recycling ideal is currently an unsuccessful diffusion,and the effect of agricultural film recycling is closely related to policy intensity.The communication network of innovation diffusion is also the communication network of the government's rural governance power.The communication of rural policy information includes mainly the top-down communication of policy documents and interpersonal communication centered on township and village cadres.Innovation usually consists of hardware and software.Technology diffusion is a process in which both hardware and information software parts are diffused together.The diffusion of ideas is a process of the diffusion of technology-related ideas or certain ideas independently.Administrative power can directly intervene in the technology diffusion,but plays a limited role in the diffusion of ideas.
