Research On The Policy Publicity By The Central First Document In The Farmers' Daily (2016-2018)

The Central First Document,which originally referred to the first document issued by the CCP Central Committee every year,has become a term used by the CCP Central Committee to refer to rural issues.As one of the central media for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,Farmers' Daily is a comprehensive newspaper.It is an important channel for rural people and cadres to learn and understand the policy of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Information in today's society is developing rapidly,relative to the spread of urban,rural oriented communication is relatively weak,media reports on the documents and the policy is comprehensive,the content of the reports are accurate,whether for audience to understand relevant policy,file policy can implement,objectively improved the media reported on the file.This study choose the Farmers' Daily of coverage of the central file "1" as the research object,the time span between 2016 and 2018,the research mainly divided into three aspects: to the Farmers' Daily of coverage of the central file "1" as the research object,for three years from 2016 to 2018 of coverage of the central file "1" content analysis,understand the Farmers' Daily for the central document of "number one" report is comprehensive;And through the "word cloud" of all the content of the report were separately counted,we can know the "Farmers' Daily" of the central "no.The in-depth interview of this paper mainly focuses on whether the audience has heard about the central "Central First Document" and relevant contents of the document through farmer daily,and how much they know about the content of the document.The study found that the farmers' daily has been paying more attention to the report of the central "Central First Document",and its reporting Angle is more flexible.Genre distribution is relatively uniform,and in-depth reporting is paid more attention to.The "unscrambled" is dominant,and the "narrated story" is on the rise.Give priority to with "positive direction",pay attention to directional guidance.However,there are also some deficiencies.The report sources lack the interaction with readers and audiences.If the interaction with readers and audiences is added,the report sources will be more complete and complete.;Based on the analysis of the word frequency of the report of "Central First Document" of the central government by "word cloud",it is concluded that the report of "Farmers' Daily" on the document is closely related to the theme of the document,closely follows the changes of the document,and reports the document in an all-round way.At the same time,"Farmers' Daily" also begins to pay attention to the cultural construction of farmers.However,there is a problem that "industry" is more important than "people".Therefore,the perspective of reporting should be adjusted,and more attention should be paid to the fact that farmers are closer to the audience and better conduct policy publicity.Through in-depth interviews,it is found that Farmers' Dailyhas little effect on the propaganda of documents.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of farmers on relevant documents and policies,so as to better carry out policy publicity.
