With the rapid development of the market economy,market competition has become increasingly fierce.In the fierce competition,an important reason for the elimination of many enterprises is the lack of a good internal control system.The sales and collection cycle is an important part of the company's production and operation,and also the basis of the company's profit,but due to the complexity of the sales and collection business itself,the business cycle usually faces greater risks.Therefore,the company needs to establish a sound internal control system for sales and collections to reduce the risks encountered by the company in the operation process,thus promoting the long-term development of the company.XH LLC is a traditional state-owned book publishing company,and the sales and collection cycle has always been a vital business cycle in the enterprise.At present,XH has diversified sales channels such as daily stores,customer group purchases,and campus marketing.Its annual business transaction volume is very impressive,and XH has been actively planning its listing work in recent years.This status quo puts a higher level of requirements on the internal control of the company's sales and collection cycle,so companies must establish sound internal controls to ensure the orderly operation of related business.However,the reality is that the internal control of XH LLC's sales and collection cycle is still very imperfect,and there are still many problems waiting to be solved,which is also a common problem for many SMEs.Based on the background above,this paper firstly introduces some basic theories of internal control and internal control of sales and collection cycle,including the definition of internal control,five elements of internal control,the meaning of internal control of sales and collection cycle,and the core business process.Secondly,this paper introduces XH limited liability company,and analyzes its basic situation,organizational structure,construction of internal control and the status quo of sales and collection business.Thirdly,Aiming at the situation of XH limited liability company,this paper focuses on some problems still existing in the internal control of sales and collection business from the perspective of the core aspects of the sales and collection business,such as unreasonable sales planning,incomplete customer credit management,inflexible sales price,defective contract management,relaxed approval of delivery links and risky accounts receivable Afterwards,in view of the main problems in the six business links above,the paper sorts out the current situation of XH limited liability company's internal control,analyzes the main risk points by using the flow chart method.Finally,aiming at the defects still existing in the internal control of sales and collection business,the paper puts forward some corresponding internal control optimization measures.Through the research on the internal control of the sales and collection cycle above,this paper aims to effectively promote the improvement of relevant internal control of XH company and provide reference for other enterprises...
