Under the impact of the covid-19 pandemic,the global economic growth has slowed down,all walks of life have been greatly affected,and the company's operations are also facing huge challenges.In order to stimulate economic growth in China,the government has issued various preferential policies to promote the development of enterprises,and multiple policy measures have intensified competition within the industry.To gain a dominant position in the fierce industry competition,it is necessary to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise itself and strengthen the internal management of the enterprise.With the continuous improvement of China's internal control system,the application of internal control as an important aspect of enterprise management has achieved initial results.However,the tens of billions of financial fraud incidents in Kangmei Pharmaceutical and Kangdexin in recent years have shown that the construction of the internal control system of Chinese enterprises is still not perfect,and there are still many areas for improvement.As a knowledge service enterprise,ZW company mainly provides electronic publishing,online advertising,as well as providing customers with services such as search literature engines.Its products have high reputation in domestic universities,research institutes and so on.It has become a leading enterprise in the knowledge service industry,and it is of typical significance to choose it as a research case.The research on the internal control of ZW's sales and collection business is of great significance to strengthen its internal management and maintain its industry status in the knowledge service industry.This paper takes ZW Company as the case study object,and based on the theoretical system of internal control of sales and collection business,studies and analyzes the current situation of ZW Company's internal control of sales and collection business,and points out the main problems existing in this link,including credit sales and collection business.The sales discount approval system is not standardized,the sales pricing environment is insufficiently controlled,the accounts receivable collection lacks effective control,the after-sales management system is lacking,and the perfect supervision mechanism is lacking.The risk assessment mechanism of sales business is not perfect,and the concept of credit management is weak.Finally,the improvement measures for related problems are put forward from the micro business level,and the company is suggested to improve the customer credit management mechanism,improve the pricing standards of products and services,and strengthen the collection management of accounts receivable,improve the after-sales service mechanism and give full play to the role of internal audit supervision.Through the analysis and suggestion of this article,the internal control construction of ZW company will be more perfect,the management level of the company and the ability to avoid risks will be strengthened.On one hand,it provides a reference for the internal control construction of companies in the same industry,on the other hand,it expects more excellent scholars to join in the research in internal control building in the emerging industries and promote better development of the industry.
