Since Ultra wide band impulse radio (IR-UWB) technology has the advantages of precise location and low power consumption, it’s widely applied in many fields such as wireless sensor network. The subject of this paper comes from National Natural Science Foundation project, which has important theoretical value and broad prospect in application.The basic principle and technical features of IR-UWB has been discussed in this paper, especially the application in the precise location field, it investigate an existing commercial real-time precise location system. And this paper is focused on the basic function and the defect of indoor-navigation, combined with the advantage of Kalmen filter; we implement a design which based on the Kalman filter and indoor-navigation, we also compared the design with the original Ubisense system by theoretical analysis and simulation, proved the optimization of this design. Besides, this paper also discussed the application of other improved Kalman filter in this navigation system.The research of this paper is valuable for the further application and development to UWB wireless real-time location system. |
