Design And Implementation Of Prisoner Information Management System

Prison management is the core of prison work.Prisoners are sentenced to perform punishment in prison and need a comprehensive management mechanism.With the development of the Internet and Internet of things equipment,the traditional prison management has exposed more and more problems.It not only requires administrators to manually manipulate large amounts of data,but also cannot interact with other system data,delays information,and relies heavily on labor operating.In order to improve the level of prison management,this paper designs and implements a prisoner identity information card management system.A multi-angle analysis of the needs of prison administrators,prisoners,family members,and doctors on prison management systems.Based on demand analysis,the management system in this project was designed and divided into six function points,namely assessment management,place management,meeting management,basic information management,health information management and consumption information management.Adopting a combination of education reform and labor reform to incorporate the performance of the prisoners into the assessment.The assessment records are used as a basis for rewards and punishments,affecting other functional points,including the authority control of the activity areas in the place management,meeting arrangements for management during the meeting,consumption distribution of rewards in information management.The system described in this topic interacts with the RFID readers,access control systems,the face recognition technology provided by the video surveillance systems through interfaces,realizing place management with high accuracy.In the implementation of the system,this article adopts B/S architecture,hierarchical system through the MVC framework model.The use of Hibernate's object relational mapping to achieve CRUD operations on persistent data,Struts2's Action filtering interception requests,processing JSP page jumps and RESTful service encapsulation,Spring uses configuration to decouple objects.Different testing cases were constructed to test the prisoner identity information card management system to verify the system function.The system described in the project enables the intelligentization of the identity information of prisoners by accessing the Internet,which can reduce the workload of prison administrators and save manpower and financial resources.The identification information is integrated with the physical information card to achieve real-time information acquisition.More reasonable effective supervision of prisoners is implemented to improve the effectiveness of prison reforms,but it also facilitates data sharing with related departments.
