As the investment in laboratory construction in colleges and universities, labs, experimental equipment and experimental equipment are much more than before, and the function of the laboratory is becoming more and more diversified at the same time. It is high time to address the major issue that how to integrate the existing laboratory resources integration, overall arrangement, reasonable planning.There are many problems between the school laboratory management and the laboratory information management system on the market at present.the system at present on the market cannot satisfy specific demand of different laboratory and has some functions that we do not need and are expensive. Combined with the situation, we need to design a management platform for our lab to use. The platform both can satisfy various requirements of the management that teachers put forward in the laboratory management and can satisfy the functions that the faculty in the use of lab need.At the same time this platform need to provide different solutions to aimed at meeting different needs of different laboratory in different colleges.The core of this platform is to realize the management, to make an appointment and authorization, and other functions. The management functions includes show management of laboratory experiments, the arrangement of experiment course management, personnel information management, and so on; Booking function mainly includes appointment of labs for faulty, booking experiment equipment, making an appointment to test bench, as well as the administrator for the above booking approval function; Authorization function mainly includes the lab access authorization, the use of laboratory equipment, authorization of test bench and so on. And at the same time, the platform manage booking machine, electric controller, and so on. It will download the information and collect the credit card information from hardware. Following the software engineering specifications in the application development, the platform plays the advantages of the object-oriented and provide a reference for the informatization of university laboratory management.There are three innovation points in this platform. The first one is booking authorization integration.The platform is an internet of things that is composed of the software platform and hardware and users can immediately get the corresponding authorization after making a successful appointment on the Internet. The second one is function modular. The platform will manage each kind of hardware and authorization individually package into a module, and you can combine freely to suit for different laboratory subsystem, and it’s very convenient to extend if there are new hardware joining at the same time.The last one is experiments of intelligent management. According to the existing authorization information, the platform can detect the user’s appointment and the authorization of the administrator, and provide conflict processing solutions.
