In this era of rapid development of information and the explosion of data,the sources of scientific research information have become complicated,and the research objects have become more and more digital,networked and informationized.Traditional scientific library support has been unable to meet the information acquisition needs of most researchers.Taking the scientific and technological energy data of the Literature and Information Center of the Wuhan Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example,when analyzing the energy data of oil,natural gas and coal mines at home and abroad,researchers need to obtain various documents,facilities,germplasm resources,processes,institutions and other aspects.These data are widely distributed in the websites of government agencies,scientific research institutions,and domestic and international energy industry application websites.It is difficult for researchers to accurately find,analyze and locate these data.In order to solve the current problem of “data island” in the energy industry,it is necessary to build a technology-based energy data content management system to provide accurate retrieval and analysis functions to ensure the authority,integrity and immediacy of information,for technological energy innovation and industrial development.Provides authoritative data support for decisions related to the energy sector.This paper designs an energy data management system based on B/S mode,adopts the data management mode of the foreground and background,determines the data retrieval,data analysis,data management and system management modules of technology energy data management,and formulates corresponding data interaction.The rules have solved the simple display,disorder,and intrinsic correlation of various scientific and technological energy data,and the integration,analysis and calculation of big data on energy data,especially the correlation analysis of literature data,for scientific research workers in querying technology It is convenient for energy data to analyze and compare various energy data.We analyze and analyze energy data types and decision-making needs through horizontal(excellent domestic and international excellent content management systems)and vertical(a series of content management systems that have been done in the hospital).We designed and developed an energy data management system based on the B/S model.Starting from the demand,we adopt the data management mode of the front and back office,determine the several modules in the front and back,formulate the corresponding data interaction rules,analyze the system's several difficulties and put forward several innovations.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the technology energy content management system,and does the following work:(1)Introduced the research content of this paper,analyzed the research status at home and abroad,and briefly introduced the technical framework adopted by this project,including but not limited to,SpringBoot framework,micro-service idea,springMVC framework,Apache Shiro framework,Mybatis framework.,Hibernate framework and Echarts visualization model.(2)According to the energy data type and system requirements,the overall framework design of the project,the division of functional modules,the design of functional modules,and the design of the database were carried out for the entire system.(3)System-based demand analysis and functional module design,focusing on the five functional modules of the technology energy data management system(patent data management,scientific and technical personnel data management,institutional data management,policy data management,document data management,statistics)Data visualization management),briefly describes the four major functional modules in the background(user management,dictionary management,content management,role management).Among them,the co-occurrence cluster analysis is carried out for the keywords of the literature data,and the current research hotspots in the energy field are summarized and the latest trends in the global scope are understood to provide a theoretical reference for energy policy decision-making.This project will use the Echarts visualization framework extensively to assist users in better analysis of data,while ensuring data integrity,reliability and operability based on background data management.
