Before developing new products,product managers of enterprises will conduct user demand surveys,the traditional street questionnaire survey has problems such as long cycle,high cost and low efficiency,which to a large extent hinders the development process of new products.With the continuous development of information technology,especially the rise of online social network,the distance between people becomes smaller and the way of communication becomes faster,which brings a new channel for the demand survey of new product development,namely online survey.However,as the online network is a virtual environment,it is difficult for enterprise product developers and marketers to predict the changing rules and effects of information dissemination.With the development of time,researchers got inspiration from the infectious disease model and studied the information transmission of the traditional social network model,such as improving the infectious disease model and rumor propagation model.However,for the rapidly developing online social network model,its information source is changeable,the communication mode is diverse and the communication effect is difficult to quantify.In this paper,according to the current popular online social networking platform-zhihu community q&a type,create the information transmission model,to explore the propagation law of information,for on zhihu platform release information of the enterprise product research and development department,Marketing Department,national public welfare undertakings,network security management,and study the change law of scholars provide information dissemination information dissemination and information dissemination process of how to control such help,has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.The main research work is as follows:(1)According to the behavior characteristics of zhihu community users,such as comments on problems,thumb up,sharing,collection and indifference,I learned the operation mode of zhihu community.(2)On the basis of the research on classical infectious disease model(SI,SIS,SIR),improved SIR model,rumor propagation model and the characteristics of zhihu,a social network information transmission model of zhihu community is constructed,and the corresponding mean field differential equations are given to describe the changing dynamics of various groups in the model.According to the user behavior characteristics in zhihu network platform,the model is named URCSI model.The parameters in the model are determined by the crawler data,and the changes of various node densities in the model are obtained through simulation experiments,providing theoretical and technical support for information transmission,control and guidance.(3)From the perspective of number change trend and node influence,URCSI model is compared with actual cases to evaluate and verify the URCSI model.The comparison between the simulation experiment and the actual data shows that the information transmission model proposed in this paper is roughly consistent with the actual information transmission law,and has certain effectiveness and practicability.
