Hydropower plants have been actively exploring equipment condition-based maintenance,evaluating equipment status by means of "physical examination,diagnostic" C-repair and equipment operation trend analysis,and carrying out unit maintenance work.However,due to the isolation of equipment,scattered data and information,and the lack of reliable analysis means,operation and maintenance personnel often take planned maintenance to carry out universal and non-targeted maintenance according to the dispatching arrangement of power grid or the operation of water regime.In this way,the potential defects and hidden dangers can not be found before the equipment failure,which leads to the failure to grasp the real-time status of the equipment in time and to carry out diagnosis,analysis and maintenance in time and effectively.On the contrary,the overhaul or under repair of the equipment will occur,which will reduce the effective utilization rate of the equipment,affect the effective use cycle of the equipment,and bring great negative impact on the safe and stable operation of the hydropower plant.Servo motors in hydropower plants,as the main driving and executing components,are playing an increasingly important role in the production and life.However,as the frequency and type of failures occur more and more.It is necessary to monitor various parameters such as the current,voltage,and rotation speed of the servomotor online to grasp the abnormal symptoms and degradation information before the device malfunctions,analyze the status of the servomotor operation,and eliminate the accident in the bud state.Thereby reducing the downtime of the servomotor,improve the reliability of its operation and extend its operating life.This project designs and implements the condition-based maintenance analysis and management system of hydropower plant in detail.The development and design process of the system is described in detail from the aspects of background overview,related technology and tools,demand analysis,overall design,system implementation,system debugging,etc.The system is formed by setting parameters,transferring data,condition monitoring,fault diagnosis,health assessment,decision support and health.The six function modules of archives management are the core of the condition-based maintenance analysis and management system for hydropower plants.The software insystem development is developed by Qt Creator design interface combined with C++object-oriented programming language and MySQL database.The condition-based maintenance analysis and management system for hydropower plants designed in this project has the advantages of visual interface visualization so that the operation of user is simple,practical,and convenient.It is timely for the user to find out the abnormal state to take targeted measures to control and prevent the occurrence of the accident in advance.
