With the advent of the era of knowledge explosion,corporate knowledge has become more and more important as a private resource.Especially in large enterprises,knowledge is not only rich in content but also diverse in categories.The sheer size of the company leads to differences in the knowledge and skills required for the training of its employees.If the company arranges specialized training teachers to train employees,it will cost a lot of time and labor costs.If employees learn and acquire knowledge themselves,they will bring two problems: First,it is difficult to ensure the self-motivation of employees,which leads to poor training results.Second,due to the large amount of knowledge,employees cannot find an entry poNumber and key poNumbers for efficient learning.Therefore,due to the complexity of knowledge and the diversity of the content required by employees,the effective allocation and consumption of knowledge has become a major problem for enterprises.With the rapid development and universal application of today's network technologies,complex business logic can be presented in a systematic manner,and users can complete transactions well according to the steps given by the system.Based on the above background,this thesis starts with the actual demand of State Grid Deyang Power Supply Company,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing training system.We consider the particularity of the business of State Grid Deyang Power Supply Company.We start with demand analysis and study the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of system deeply.The system developed in this thesis is based on C/S architecture,using.NET software development technology framework,C# as programming language,and access as background database management.The main work done in this thesis.First Numberroduces the background of the subject,and combines the research status of relevant test practice systems at home and abroad to illustrate the necessity of this system research.Secondly,it will organize Numbererviews and records with the relevant departments of the State Grid Deyang Power Supply Company's power grid knowledge contest,and on this basis,analyze the system functions and objectives.Then the overall structure of the power grid knowledge test practice system was designed,and the detailed design of the function modules such as exercise promotion,test inspection,answering training and information management was completed.Finally,the system was implemented and the system test was completed.The Grid Knowledge Examination Practice System developed in this thesis can greatly simplify the training process of State Grid Deyang Power Supply Company,solve the problem that employees can't practice,and realize the function of quickly publishing exams,real-time mark examination thesis,and instant query results.At present,the system has been put Numbero practical use and running stably,which can basically meet the needs of users.
