| The arrival of the era of artificial intelligence has put forward higher requirements for the development of China's software industry.At present,China's software park has become an important banner and main force leading China's software technology innovation and industrialization development.Therefore,this paper compares the development of software parks in four major sectors(east,central,western and northeastern China)and studies the impact of government intervention on the innovation capabilities of software park enterprises.The first part of the thesis is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background significance,research methods and technical routes of the thesis research.The second part defines related concepts and proposes related theories such as externality,regional innovation system and evolutionary economics.The third part summarizes the development process of China's software park,and introduces the development status of China's software park from four aspects: basic situation,policy support,subsidies and taxation,and technological innovation.In order to study the reasons for the influence of government intervention on enterprise innovation,the fourth part of this paper analyzes the innovation and evolution mechanism of China's software park enterprises,learns the modeling method of History-friendly Model,and joins the government intervention variables to establish a government intervention for China's software park enterprises.A theoretical model of the impact of innovation capabilities.After several simulations by computer,it is found that there is an optimal range for the influence of government intervention on the innovation ability of software park enterprises.If the intervention is weak,it will not have the effect;if the intervention is strong,it will hinder the innovation and development of the enterprise.Therefore,the difference in government intervention has led to differences in the effects of different economic regions in China.The ffith part is based on the panel data of China Software Park from 2011 to 2016,from the perspective of enterprise R&D investment and new product output,the impact of government intervention on the innovation ability of software park enterprises,and the impact of different economic regions.difference.It is found that from the perspective of the country as a whole,government subsidies have a positive effect on the R&D investment and innovation output of software park enterprises;preferential tax measures have a negative impact on software companies' R&D investment,but show positive effects on the final R&D output.In order to make a little contribution to the development of China's software park. |
