At present,there is a widespread problem of low automation and poor human-computer interaction in the air leakage detection equipment on the market.Although the differential pressure method widely used in industry has high detection accuracy,it is unable to calculate the leakage rate when the volume of the measured container is unknown.In recent years,the volume compensation method proposed in the laboratory has such problems as complex control process and low detection efficiency.In view of the above problems,a gas leak detection control system based on embedded Linux is designed,and a new detection method is adopted to take account of the detection accuracy and efficiency.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The principle of differential pressure and volume compensation is analyzed.Based on the two methods,the double slope method is put forward and improved to apply to leak detection of elastic sealed container.(2)Through the analysis of the function demand of the control system,the S3C2440 chip is used as the main controller of the system to build the hardware circuit.The hardware includes the data acquisition module circuit,the LCD interface circuit,the communication interface circuit,the executive component circuit,power supply circuit and so on.Finally,the corresponding PCB has been made and debugged.(3)completed the software design of the control system,mainly divided into three parts: one is to build the embedded Linux operating system,including the establishment of cross compiler environment,the transplantation of U-Boot,the cutting of kernel,the fabrication of filesystem,production;two is the development of the driver,including the solenoid valve drive,the stepping motor drive and the design of the AD chip driver;three is the design of the application,including the design of human-computer interface,data filtering,linear fitting algorithm and software implementation of detection algorithm.(4)The gas path structure needed for leakage detection was built,and the experimental platform was assembled to carry out the leak detection experiment.Experiments on different containers are compared by different methods to verify the double slope method and its improved detection effect.The experimental results show that the double slope method has good detection accuracy and efficiency,and achieves the desired purpose on the basis of improving automation and human-machine interaction.
