Our contry's e-government started late,and it is still biased towards traditional e-government,and its integration with new media and new social is not high.On the other hand,with the rapid development of the mobile Internet,WeChat has become a well-known application,and various light applications based on the WeChat public platform are also enriching and serving people's lives.Therefore,this paper combines government services with the WeChat public platform to create a new type of government service model,which promotes the new style of government services and meets the development trend of “Internet + e-government”.The main contents of this article are as follows:According to the requirements and modeling analysis,the design goals of the traffic service system based on WeChat public platform are determined.The system provides functions such as illegal shooting,online learning,real-time road conditions,driver's license replacement,etc.,for the public to inquire or handle anytime,xanywhere.The traffic police in the management system review the traffic business,reply to the message of the masses,and complete the closed loop of the business.According to different functions,the design scheme of different modules is determined,and the design and development are completed.Determine the technical architecture of the system—front-end separation architecture and micro-service architecture,based on the Spring Cloud components to build a high-quality service system.Oracle persists data,Redis caches high-frequency data,Spring Security controls role access,and uses WeChat's official public platform interface to achieve reliable uploading of images.In addition,the system uses the method of front-end slicing and back-end merging to skillfully solve the problem encountered in large file uploading.Achieve the goal of high stability and high availability of the system.Facing massive traffic violation data,clustering algorithm is used for big data analysis,the coordinate latitude and longitude of the highest illegal frequency is clustered,and the K-means algorithm is optimized by Java concurrency technology to control the execution time within a reasonable range and complete the need for data mining.This paper adopts the above technical schemes and develops a comprehensive traffic service system based on WeChat public platform.It has been used in a certain city in China,and the system runs well,which plays a good demonstration role for the combination of government service and new technology.
