Design And Implementation Of Mobile Admissions Management System Based On Phone Gap Technology

In the past,the manual task of the staff of the colleges and universities was rather heavy.With the development of computer network technology,some colleges and universities firstly applied the computer information technology in the management of enrollment and realized the scientific management of enrollment data.But in practical application,the enrollment system can not integrate and match with the actual enrollment work,and the data can not be highly sharing with other systems.Therefore,the enrollment management system still needs to be improved and optimized in the colleges and universities.After a general understanding of the progress and research foundation of informationization in universities at home and abroad,this study proposes the idea of cross-platform system development.After understanding the related technologies,we select the Phone Gap structure technology and match with PHP language and My SQL database technology,formed a mobile Guess based on the design of mobile admissions management system.Then detailed analysis of the system requirements,the system has the technical,economic and management of the feasibility of the issue,combined with the demand for the implementation of the system design,the system set up three user mode to ensure system security.Based the progress and research foundation of information construction in universities at home and abroad,the idea of cross platform system development is proposed in this thesis.Through the reasonable collocation of the Phone Gap structure technology,PHP language and My SQL database technology,the design idea of mobile enrollment management system based on Phone Gap technology has been formed.The system is feasible in the aspect of technology,economy and management by analyzed the requirements of the system in detail,and a three-level user mode is set for ensuring the security of the system according to the requirement.The system functions include enrollment,enrollment and freshman registration,and the system modules include admission system management,admission management,freshman registration management,school information management,data statistics and system settings.As a result,a clear E-R diagram and database table are constructed according to the database design thinking.Finally,the web program is developed on the basis of the running environment of the system,and the application effect of the system is shown by the interface diagram.Furthermore,the unsmooth part of the system is improved and the running effect of the system is finally achieved by the primary test.The innovation of this thesis lies in combining Phone Gap technology with the mobile enrollment management system,and packing the pre-created web program with Phone Gap and compiling it into a mobile program of admission management system.Furthermore,in the SSH architecture,combined with PhoneGap cross-platform framework,the display layer,network layer,business logic layer and database layer are formed,and finally the data access and various add,delete and modify services are implemented in the database layer.The design and implementation of this system greatly improve the efficiency of enrollment management.Staff can arrange work schedule and management on various mobile devices.Whether they use Android mobile phone,Apple mobile phone,or IPAD device,the system runs smoothly and the interface is clear.This completely solves the problem of staff going out.The mission requirements of enrollment will provide more convenient operation for students to inquire about enrollment information and register reports.
