Design And Implementation Of M Group Financial Budget Management System

Budgeting is necessary in every aspect of enterprise production,including the operation and maintenance of an enterprise.There are several aspects of the budget activity.First,we can control the expenditure of enterprise funds and carry out risk control.Two,we can understand the expenditure of production activities in advance and carry out the allocation of resources.Three,we can carry out strategic management of enterprise's production.In recent years,with the continuous development of M enterprise groups,financial budgeting is playing an increasingly important role.The purpose of a good financial budget is to increase revenue and reduce expenditure so that the assets of enterprises can be fully utilized.With the development of information technology,more and more corporate finance departments use paperless office in the annual financial budget preparation,and many companies have developed their own financial budget management system.However,M enterprise group still stays in the stage of preparing and executing the budget declaration by adopting Excel software,which is inefficient and prone to errors.Once there is a mistake,the enterprise is the loss of real gold and silver.It is easy to make mistakes in the budget declaration and registration of Excel software.After communicating with various departments to understand their needs,the financial budget management system of M Enterprise Group Co.,Ltd.is developed.In this paper,the requirements analysis,system design,system main function realization and system testing of the financial budget system are discussed in detail according to the actual situation of M Enterprise Group Limited company.First of all,the requirement analysis is analyzed from five requirements,such as the status analysis,the overview of the system requirements,the system business process analysis,the user role analysis,the system function demand analysis and so on,and the requirements of all aspects are obtained.Secondly,the system is designed in detail,first of all,the system structure design is described,the most important is to introduce the system overall business process design in detail;focus on the five functional modules of the system design.Third,the detailed design of the system module,the financial budget analysis module,the financial budget system configuration and other five modules,and so on,used the design method of class diagram and time sequence diagram.Fourth,programming the designed system and displaying the actual effect of each module.Finally,several core use case test documents are compiled,and the modules of the system are tested and modified according to the test results.Because the system uses a very mainstream B/S architecture design model,using the Eclipse development platform,JAVA as its development language,the database uses SQL Server 2012,after running for a period of time,all functions are normal.After the trial of the Finance Department of the group,the feedback effect is very good,which improves the efficiency of the accounting department and makes the budget funds more efficient.
