With the continuous vigorous promotion of information construction in the construction industry,from the previous single-machine CAD drawing to today's building information model through the construction of mapping,the project design of the construction industry has undergone tremendous changes,the previous traditional way to calculate the project cost and calculation has completely failed to meet the current situation,previous traditional methods of calculating project cost and quantity have completely failed to meet the current production and design needs,coupled with the lack of standardized management,data sharing is not high,so that the level of project management in the construction industry is stagnant.In order to effectively solve the problem of data information sharing and collaborative processing,Inner Mongolia Construction Group Corporation has developed and designed a set of project data collaborative management system to implement comprehensive management of project data.This paper introduces the background and significance of the project data collaboration system of Inner Mongolia Construction Group.Combined with the actual situation of the daily construction group company about the data collaboration work,which can expound the problems to be solved,and determines the main research content of the paper.Then it expounds the main technology needed by the system.This paper mainly adopts JAVAEE architecture,JAVA language and Oracle 12 C database technology to design the project data collaboration management system.The goal of the project data collaboration management system is determined.Combined with the actual business,the detailed analysis of the system requirements is completed,in the process of functional requirements analysis,the use case diagrams of each functional module are carried out and the use case illustration of each use case diagram are given.In the process of system detailed design,combined with a practical project,according to the actual situation of the field project data collaborative management system,the overall architecture design,network topology structure design and functional modules of the system are designed in detail,including the basic information management module,collaborative management module,data management module,module and task planning management module,through the use of functional structure diagram,workflow diagram and work schedule diagram of the system design in detail,and through the use of E-R diagram design and data information table design of the system database,finally the implementation of each functional module and the testing situation is described in detail,in the process of system testing,it is mainly through functional testing and performance testing,the test results can fully meet the expected indicators.The design and implementation of the project data collaborative management system of Inner Mongolia Construction Group can fully meet the current requirements,at the same time,the extended performance of the system is also considered,the design of the whole system will greatly improve the work efficiency of all project personnel in the construction company,it will play a positive role in improving the construction efficiency and quality,which can also enhance the communication and information exchange between project people.
