With the accumulation and support of various technologies such as image processing technology,humancomputer interaction technology,sensing technology and artificial intelligence,Augmented Reality(AR)technology has been developed rapidly in recent years.When a user wearing augmented reality intelligent glasses,he can get a sharp increase of environmental awareness through the fusion of virtual information and the real scene,which provides a new bridge of the human and the machine.Based on the above requirements,this thesis focuses on the design rules and application techniques of graphic user interface design on AR devices.The work of this thesis includes the following three parts.In the first part,by organizing the related literature and product design manual,formed the augmented reality fundamental rules of graphic user interface design,which includes three sets,(1)is the general interface design rules for all the intelligent wearable display devices,(2)is the graphic interface design specification for monochrome low resolution intelligent wearable display,(3)is the graphic interface design specification for color high-resolution intelligent wearable display devices.In the second part,a simple augmented reality campus navigation application has been designed for monochromatic low resolution intelligent glasses SONY Smart Eyeglass,with above summarized monochromatic low resolution graphic interface design specification,such as interface elements between 128 ~ 256 gray levels,using vertical sliding and horizontal sliding joint layout,etc.Through these interface design specifications,the problem of the fusion of internal and external scene and display area division in SONY Smart Eyeglass glasses has been solved.In the third part,an enhanced version of the augmented reality campus navigation application has been designed for chromatic high-resolution intelligent glasses EPSON BT-200,with above summarized chromatic high resolution graphic interface design specification,such as the color scheme can refer to the Analogous colors,complementary colors,separation of complementary colors,combination colors these four options,take horizontal row square,vertical row list,nine palace grid and other schemes to layout,etc.Through these interface design specifications,the problem of the fusion of internal and external scene and display area division in EPSON BT-200 glasses has been solved.In conclusion,this thesis summarizes the graphical interface design rules on intelligent wearable display devices,including four types of rules,respectively is vision rules,color rules,character rules,layout rules.Rules of vision includes five rules,rules of color includes three rules,rules of character includes four rules,rules of layout includes two rules.The rules mainly include interface design sight range between 0~20°,select black as the background color of the transparent display,the minimum height of the characters should not be less than 2.6mm when the distance between the human eye and characters less than 500 mm,the interface layout should follow the human eye perambulatory law,etc..In addition,specific to monochromatic low resolution and chromatic high resolution wearable display equipment to sort out the detailed graphic interface design specifications,and design reference applications of the two smart wearable display device interface.
