In recent years,with the continuous development of a company and the expansion of external orders,the company's demand for microwave up-and-down frequency conversion products is increasing.But the large-scale product demand and the obsolete and tedious testing methods have caused great obsession to the company's production and seriously hindered the company's development.So,the development of the automatic test system for this product is imminent.This paper studies the automatic test system,according to the situation of the product itself,it realizes the automatic test of the product.It not only develops a simple and intuitive human-computer interaction interface,but also ensures the accuracy and reliability of the test system.After the development of this automatic testing system,it can greatly improve the testing efficiency of this product,save the company's manpower cost?time cost and shortage of instrument resources,improve product output,bring great benefits for the company's development,with high application value and practical economic benefits.First of all,in the study of the subject,I read a lot of relevant literature and understand the current development of automatic testing technology.Based on the analysis and research of the development trend of related research technology at home and abroad,and combined with the current testing status and defects of the microwave up-down converter products to be tested,the significance of this study is expounded.I deeply study the establishment method of test system based on GPIB bus,and master C# language and other system development languages.Through reading and learning a lot of basic knowledge of microwave up-down converter products,consulting domestic and foreign literature,learning common test indicators,and earnestly studying the relevant principles and basic theories,I have made clear the direction of research,identified the research focus and difficulties.Secondly,this paper collects the actual needs of users,conducts detailed requirements analysis,demonstrates the practical application value of the scheme,and verifies the feasibility of the topic.In this process,we can draw lessons from the relevant successful experience.Then,on the basis of requirement analysis,the design work of the test system for microwave up-down conversion products is carried out.According to the workload,I construct the system implementation plan,decompose the specific sub-plate,sub-functional system development plan,and carry out system development.It mainly includes the development and implementation of test fixture and software for ATS,the formulation of communication protocol and the design of switch matrix.It mainly involves the automatic test technology based on GPIB,communication interface technology such as CAN,common indexes and test methods of microwave up-down converter products,hardware design and development,and so on.A test system for microwave up and down conversion products is designed and implemented in this paper.In the end,the paper summarizes the whole paper,puts forward its own views on the future work,points out the shortcomings of the system,and looks forward to the future development of the testing system.
