In the field of 3D measurement,optical measurement technology has been widely used,and has made great progress.In industrial production and daily life,it needs to measure a large number of specular objects and this kind of measurement technology is still at the primary stage.Industrial measurement of high reflective object is still using the coordinate measuring machine and spraying method to change the surface characteristics for surface detection.For the current use of optical measurements,highly reflective objects are often measured by reflection.The reflection method is the primary means to solve the current measurement of specular objects.However,there are hardware requirements to ensure the effects of parallel or vertical relations,the effect of color stripe bring color difference and camera lens depth of focus limit in the system calibration,which make the problem of the low calibration accuracy and poor measurement results.In order to solve the problem of mirror measuring system,such as two display screens parallel,two display having different color stripe bring color difference,calibration of the distance between the reference mirror and screen,this paper puts forward the method of fringe distortion to compensate the error of parallel alignment of the two display screens,using compensation the chromatic aberration of the two display screens in the camera by using the method of stretching fringe,and through the camera calibration and coordinate conversion relation for the distance between the reference mirror and the screen.According to the above analysis,this paper presents a method of analyzing various methods of theoretical mathematical model.Experimental results were verified through the actual measurement of high reflective object to improve mirror measurement system effect.The measurement accuracy is improved and the system error reduces to 23%.The experimental results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
