Optical imaging systems are one of the most important means of information acquisition in people's production and life.It has flourished in many fields such as remote sensing and image processing.The optical system is the core part of the optical imaging instrument,and its performance directly determines the imaging quality.Among them,aberration is the intrinsic property of optical system instruments,so accurate aberration measurement is an important part of optical imaging system.The phase diversity method is a widely used aberration measuring method that reconstructs system aberrations and recovers target objects by acquiring a focal plane image of the optical system and a defocusing surface image of known defocus distance.In this paper,the existing phase difference method is studied.By analyzing the phase difference method model,a large dynamic aberration measurement method based on phase difference method is proposed.The improved method constrains the evaluation function model by adding the regularization term of the a priori information of the point light source to the model of the phase diversity method,and improves the robustness of the large dynamic aberration measurement under the premise of ensuring the measurement accuracy.On this basis,the paper expounds the implementation scheme and implementation details of the large dynamic aberration measurement method,and expounds the modular program implementation scheme of the method.In the process of elaboration,aiming at the characteristics of the dynamic range of the aberration to be measured,this paper proposes a method for selecting the sparse iteration initial point based on k-means clustering.The method can make the distribution of the initial point of the iteration more sparse and uniform,and can improve the efficiency of the algorithm.After proposing and implementing the method,this thesis uses numerical simulation experiments and optical verification experiments to carry out various simulation analysis and experimental verification on the aberration measurement method proposed in this paper.The simulation analysis and experimental verification show that the accuracy of the aberration measurement is high,and the aberration measurement range of the algorithm is significantly improved.
