307 Transmitted Station Operation Broadcast Management System Standardization Research

Radio and television is the outcome of social development and scientific progress.Being the achievement of modern civilization,radio and television has its peculiar function in education and publicity,which extends the scope and depth for the dissemination of information.With the rapid development of science and technology and our increasingly material and cultural needs,people have a much higher requirement for the level and service quality on video and television operation management.The practical needs,in recent days,and also trends in our country,is how to promote the operation management to a standardized and technical development.Management system in video and television transmitting station has its own management feature,including policy control,broadcasting management and information management.This paper mainly provides a standardized research on broadcasting management subsystem in video and television transmitting station's operation management system(OMS).Taking 307 transmitting station as the sample,I will analyze the current management situation and problems appeared in broadcasting management subsystem,based on the domestic and overseas research experience and combining the related theories.Also,I will analyze the condition and necessity in introducing standardized management subsystem of 307 transmitting station's broadcasting management.Then it could provide a theoretical and practical basis for constructing standardized broadcasting management system in 307 transmitting station.After that,I would put forward the solutions and principles in the standardized operation management system.The construction of this standardized system will be studied considering three parts,the technical standard of broadcasting management,In the end of the paper,considering the current management situation in 307 transmitting station,I believe the implement of the standardized management could bring an all-round improvement for us.Also,it will have a significant meaning if we refine the standardized management and put it into practice in 307 transmitting stations.
